32.5 hours per week / working weeks 39 

(Paid Weeks 44.263 increasing to 45.048 on completion of 5 years’ service)

Pool Academy is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated person to join our world class Pastoral team.  The Pastoral Support team provides the vital foundation that enables staff to consistently apply academy policy and build an outstanding culture for learning.


Working as part of the Pastoral Team, the role is multifaceted and involves the oversight of a close supervision of the Reset room and liaising with key staff, pastoral and teaching teams.


The successful candidate will:

  • be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved at all times.
  • put the needs of our students at the heart of everything they do.
