The City of London Academy Islington is looking for a dynamic, skilled and creative Pastoral Support Manager. Working within our high-performing pastoral team, you will have responsibility for supporting student learning, attendance and progression in and out of the classroom. You will need strong organisational and interpersonal skills that promote high standards within the pastoral team, and a proven track record of helping young people to overcome barriers to achieve academic success.
