Job overview
This is an exciting time to be joining All Saints Catholic College. Our school has recently been judged as Good by Ofsted, and personal development and welfare as outstanding. We invest heavily in training and we focus heavily on staff well-being. Staff morale in our school is high.
The principal responsibility of the successful candidate will be to manage and deliver a pastoral support system for pupils, working with the Head of Year and SENDCO to identify pupils who may need additional support. You will be joining a highly motivated team where staff are encouraged to use their initiative. In return, we give high quality support and training. This is a fixed term contract for a two-year period.
