International Business and Enterprise academy and IB World School serving a multi-ethnic community. Westminster Academy (WA) is an exciting and diverse comprehensive school with a 6th form in central London that offers an innovative IB curriculum.

Our Behaviour and Pastoral Team department
The Behaviour and Pastoral Team at Westminster Academy supports students’ academic and holistic development. They ensure the Academy’s Behaviour for Learning Policy is adhered to and the appropriate interventions put in place in order to make students feel safe, secure and successful. They provide support to the Year Coordinators with the coordination of all aspects of the development of independent learners within a year group(s) in order to lay the foundation for a successful academic career in preparation for the future. We are now looking for Pastoral Support Workers to join our team and commit to the development of our approaches towards promoting positive attitudes to behaviour for learning.
