Role overview of a Citizens School: 

The Personal Assistant (PA) is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of SLT offices. This role provides high-level administrative support and maintains confidentiality while supporting the Principal, SLT, and wider school community. The PA will embody the vision of excellence in education at Citizens School, delivering professional and welcoming assistance.

Reporting To: Principal; Head of Admin/Vice Principal

Key responsibilities: 

  • Diary and Calendar Management
  • Meeting and Documentation Support
  •  Communication Management
  • Information Management
  • Administrative Support
  • Visitor and Event Management
  • Professional Conduct
  • Judgment and Discretion

Qualifications and experience: 

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email systems).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude towards staff and visitors.
