We now have an new exciting opportunity for an experienced Platform Team Leader (HR Systems) to join our fantastic team. You will be required to travel into our London Office for meetings as necessary.
About the role
The HRIS Platform Team Lead is responsible for leading the management and support of Cognita’s Group HR Systems, including Cornerstone, eDays, IHASCO, and SCRT. This role involves overseeing a team of System Analysts and Support staff, managing third-party resources, and ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Group HR Platforms. The HRIS Platform Team Lead will act as a key support to the HRIS Platform Manager, providing leadership and technical expertise in the management of HRIS projects and initiatives.

Who we are looking for:
To be considered for this role you will have experience in leading and managing teams of System Analysts and Support Staff and strong experience in managing HRIS related projects. We would also expect strong knowledge and experience with HR Systems and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and senior management.
