The successful candidate will ideally possess a Level 3 Early Education and/or Childcare qualification and have experience of working within an Educational/Early Years setting. Caring and enthusiastic, they will be energetic and possess the ability to enthuse our younger pupils to imagine, explore and develop. The School
Ashfold is an established co-educational Preparatory School for around 270 children aged 3 - 13 set in a beautiful Jacobean mansion with its own thirty-acre estate in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside just twenty minutes from Oxford, Thame and Aylesbury.
The school has expanded significantly over the last fifteen years and invested heavily in its infrastructure and support systems. We aim to give every child the firmest possible grounding in the core academic subjects, within a small caring family community where children both know each other and all of the staff.
