Permanent Post

35 hours per week / Monday – Friday (8:15am – 3:45pm)

Term Time only + 10 days ( 47 weeks per year)

Our Story:

The Bridge Easton School is a complex needs school which recently opened in Easton, Norfolk. The school will continue to grow over the next few years to provide for 170 children and young people with cognition and learning difficulties and autism. As a school we will work with children, their families and other professionals within education, health, and care to support our children and young people to have a successful journey through their education.

The Bridge Easton is part of family of schools ran by the Bridge Trust. The Bridge Trust already oversees the work of five special schools, a mainstream primary school, an outreach service and a training development centre. 

We are recruiting for a Premises Assistant

  • To be the second keyholder and respond to out of hours emergencies and
  • To assist the Site Manager as required in the collection and distribution of deliveries and the movement of furniture, supplies etc.
  • To assist the Site Manager in the carrying out of maintenance schedules, assist in dealing with contractors.

The Bridge Easton School is situated on a beautiful site in the village of Easton in Norfolk. The purpose-built school opened in January 2023. The school has modern spacious classrooms, specialist therapy rooms, extensive outdoor space including a Multi Surface Sports Area and individual outside spaces for all primary classes.

The Bridge Easton is a special school for children with complex needs and/or autism. Our provision offers an education to children from reception through to Year 13. Children attending the school all have an Education, Health and Care Plan identifying their needs. As a school we work with children, their families and other professionals within education, health and care to support a successful journey through school, with the shared aim for an appropriate transition into a fulfilling and active adult life.

The Bridge Easton School provides  a truly nurturing environment; our priority is to meet the individual needs of each child, supporting children to be kind, confident and independent young people. We offer our children and young people a bespoke curriculum and package of care, minimising their barriers to learning and optimising opportunities for success and progress.
