26.25 hours per week (13.00 - 18.15 Monday to Friday)

39 weeks per year (term time plus four weeks in the holidays)

We are seeking a new administrator to join the school office team and work alongside the office manager (who is also EA to the Prep School Head) and a full-time administrator. 

The post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including answering telephone calls, managing email enquiries and supporting with registration. They will also provide first aid support to Prep School children as required. It is essential that the post holder has a genuine interest in working with children and can approach their work in a sensitive and caring manner.​

​The post holder is expected to be adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities. They will be a team player, working closely with their school office colleagues and others from across the school, offering a first-class customer experience.
