We are looking for an inspirational and highly qualified French Teacher to join our Primary team in August 2025. The ideal candidate would be confident in delivering and contributing towards Arcadia’s bespoke MFL curriculum. You would enjoy teaching a variety of ages and levels and will have experience teaching in Primary. The successful candidate will be passionate about language development; enthusiastic about delivering Arcadia's Mother Tongue Programme to our fluent French-speaking students and be an impressive collaborator. You will also contribute to the wider school community across the primary and secondary.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or BA with PGCE as a minimum requirement along with French language subject qualification.
- Min of 2 years teaching experience working within a high-quality department.
- Knowledge of KHDA/DSIB inspection preferred.
- Proven track record in performance outcomes.
- Experience working with pupils across all stages and abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.

Initial long list interviews will be conducted via Zoom. Candidates who successfully reach the short-list will be asked to complete a task relevant to the role with a full interview with key leaders. Where possible, this will be in-person.
