Newton International Academy, Smash Campus is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed Primary SEN Teacher to join our outstanding team for the new academic year 2025/2026.
Newton International Academy, Smash Campus was established in 2019 and is an international school following the English National Curriculum with a student body encompassing over 70 different nationalities. The school is part of the larger Newton Group that was established in 2006 and is now a leading group of private schools in Qatar, comprising of 9 international schools that offer the English National Curriculum.

We are seeking creative and dynamic teachers of the highest quality to join us at NIA, Smash. Applicants should possess a commitment to helping children achieve high academic standards in a lively and engaging manner, whilst integrating differentiation and a range of learning styles into their daily practice.
Role Responsibilities:
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of the school’s SEN policy.
• Working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create and implement individualized support plans for students.
• Leading training sessions for staff on SEN best practices and strategies.
• Conducting assessments to identify students’ needs and monitoring their progress.
Requirements:
• A relevant degree and qualifications in Special Educational Needs.
• Proven experience as a SEN Teacher or in a similar role, ideally within an international setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the success of every student.
