About the role
As a classroom teacher, you play a pivotal role in developing personal identity, building strong relationships, creating a student-centred learning environment and the opportunity to foster curiosity and exploration while building strong, trusting relationships with both students and their families.
St Benedict's Catholic School, Shaw is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher. Working two days per week, the successful candidate will teach Physical Education. This is a fixed-term position for the duration of the 2024 teaching year.

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other
- Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner
