The School
Newton International School D Ring opened in August 2007 as the third school in the Newton Group. The school has over 1,000 students representing 45 different nationalities. Beginning in Foundation One through to Year Eight.

The Role
We are looking for passionate primary teachers who are committed to providing a supportive and creative learning environment for the children in our school. You will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons, monitoring and evaluating student achievement and contributing to the wider NIS DRing community through clubs and extracurricular activities.
What we are looking for
Dynamic and creative practitioners who are confident when working with the English Curriculum and associated schemes and resources. We are looking for candidates who are able to employ a range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate the children in their lessons. The ideal candidate will be able to display a high standard of both written and spoken English. They must be willing to contribute to all aspects of the school vision, mission and values.

Working knowledge of English Curriculum desired but not essential
Bachelor Degree in Education or equivalent

Newton International School - D Ring is a co-educational all-through independent school based in Doha in Qatar.
All pupils at the school follow the National Curriculum of England and Wales, with certification from the Edexcel Examination Board and the Cambridge International Examination Centre. Muslim pupils are taught Islamic Studies. Pupils who are native and non-native speakers are also both offered Arabic. All students participate in additional subjects including Physical Education, Music and ICT.
