Primary Teacher with Computing interest

Loughborough Schools Foundation are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified Primary Teacher with Computing interest to teach at Fairfield Prep School, on a maternity cover basis. Required from January 2025, the suitable candidate will be a highly motivated and committed individual with an excellent track record of teaching and pupil progress. They will be expected to deliver outstanding lessons to ensure excellence and achievement for all learners, with a true commitment to raising standards.

Applicants will need to have experience of using a variety of approaches to continually enhance teaching and learning throughout the school and across the full age and ability range. The ideal applicant will also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships with staff.

An interest and knowledge of the primary computing curriculum and proficiency in using a range of both hardware and software is desirable though not essential.
