Malvern College Tokyo is excited to announce an opportunity for talented, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to join our team starting in August 2025.

We are seeking a Primary Years Programme Coordinator (PYPC) who will also serve as the Assistant Head of Primary. In this dual role, the PYPC will lead the implementation and development of the PYP from Pre-Prep to Prep 6, ensuring effective curriculum articulation across the school. A key responsibility will be managing the school's PYP authorization and evaluation processes in collaboration with the Head of Primary.

The PYPC will work closely with all members of the primary team, school leaders, and other program coordinators, and will report directly to the Head of Primary.

Malvern College Tokyo opened in September 2023 as the newest member of the Malvern College Family of Schools. Malvern College Tokyo has already grown from an initial 150 pupils to almost 300 at the start of its second academic year. Currently accommodating pupils from Pre-Prep to Remover (Year 10), extending upwards to Year 13 by 2026, ultimately providing around 900 places for both Prep and Seniors. Malvern College, UK, and Malvern College International work in collaboration with the Babylon education group which already manages Malvern College Chengdu, Malvern College Hong Kong and Malvern College Pre-school Hong Kong within the Malvern College Family of Schools.
