An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Principal at Oasis Academy Warndon in Worcester. Oasis Academy Warndon currently serves 588 children aged 2–11 and is about to undergo an expansion of its nursery provision which will include a new purpose-built addition to the school. This offers a fantastic opportunity to provide more to the school community and to build on the increasing numbers, since the school expanded to 3-forms of entry.

Warndon has talented, dedicated staff, motivated children and supportive parents. Our new leader will crucially be a strategic thinker focused on making a difference to the educational life chances and wider positive contributions of all our children. As a high profile individual within the Academy you will champion the Oasis ethos, support and develop your leaders and empower their staff teams.  As Principal you will work with compassion, enthusiasm, commitment and determination to move the Academy forward. The successful candidate will need to have the skills and ambition to promote excellent teaching and learning, which is a feature of this school.
