Job overview

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Principal, with a proven track record, working in a good or outstanding school, that can lead North Walsall through the next stage of its journey. We are looking for a leader who can uphold and embrace the consistency of high expectations North Walsall have become accustomed to.

This is an exciting time to join North Walsall Primary Academy as we continue our journey to becoming an Outstanding school. Since our last Ofsted inspection in 2018, North Walsall has implemented change and continued to improve outcomes in pursuit of providing outstanding provision for all its pupils, across all areas of the academy.

You will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with our other academies across the trust during these exciting times, as we learn from each other and improve together. As a trust we have recently delivered our first Outstanding Secondary Academy, will you be the first to deliver North Walsall as our First Outstanding Primary Academy.

The position will suit an existing Principal with experience of delivering exceptional standards, who can lead this academy to future success. You will have the opportunity to work with the Primary Director of Education to shape the way in which you will lead the school to positively impact the educational development of all pupils.

The successful candidate will have the chance to join a national Trust and to work with committed educational practitioners.
