We are looking for a Professional Development Manager (Training Content) to develop and manage a broad range of content for our professional development workshops for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the role
The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end process of producing high-quality content for both face-to-face and virtual professional development workshops offered by Cambridge International. The post holder will devise the brief, commission consultants to write and review the content, collaborate with consultants to hone and edit content to ensure it is fit-for purpose before piloting and responding to delegate feedback making changes as appropriate.
You will:
- manage the end-to-end process of producing new professional development workshops which are ready for market
- manage consultants to ensure the production of quality content which fulfils the brief and is fit-for purpose
- manage existing professional development workshops to ensure they remain relevant and high-quality
- advise on effective pedagogy and professional development practice
- support the Content Team by quality-assuring and signing-off professional development content
- respond to customer feedback to identify new opportunities for professional development workshops.
About you
Experience and qualifications
- Degree
- Postgraduate qualification in teaching
- Teaching experience
- Experience of developing materials for professional development or teacher support
- Experience in international education an advantage but not essential
- Experience leading professional development workshops an advantage but not essential
- Experience of virtual teaching/training platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, Miro, Moodle an advantage but not essential.
