About the Role

Ready to make an impact and shape the future of fashion education? Join us as a Programme Manager and lead our dynamic Level 2 provision at the Fashion Retail Academy!

We’re seeking an inspiring leader with a multidisciplinary background in Fashion Retail. This is your chance to combine creative curriculum development with operational leadership, focusing on our Level 2 students.

You’ll lead and motivate our Group Lead Lecturers, drive course quality and student attainment, and deliver an exceptional learner experience, all while managing and innovating a dynamic curriculum.

This role is perfect for an experienced Programme Manager or a rising star ready to take the next step. While the focus is on fashion business retail, we welcome applicants from all relevant specialisms.

About you

  • Qualifications: PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, plus a professional qualification, degree, or significant professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven operational management in education (ideally Post-16), successful team leadership, and a track record of outstanding teaching practice.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Fashion Retail landscape, Post-16 education policies, and excellence in Learning, Teaching, and Assessment (LTA) methods.
  • Passion: A trailblazer with a love for creativity, innovation, and fresh ideas! You thrive on solving challenges, inspiring change, and designing game-changing curriculums that captivate and empower students.

If you feel your skills and experience would fit well within our team and you meet many, but not all of our listed qualifications for this role, please apply or get in touch with our Recruitment Team to discuss further.
