We are seeking 3 highly motivated, student-focused tutors to provide high quality, relevant learning opportunities and support which enables students to maximise their educational, vocational and personal development potential. This varied role will be based upon the needs of the study are but can include up to 15 hours of timetabled activity (full time equivalent) of leading group sessions supporting and coaching students to achieve their best potential.
You should be qualified to Level 2 or above in English and Maths, and have experience of delivering workshops or training to groups of people. We are especially interested in applicants who have experience of working with young people in a supportive environment. Most importantly, we are looking for applicants with a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work with our students to develop trust, promote personal development, employability, and resilience.
