We’re looking for a Public Relations Officer to be the voice of our school—someone who will strengthen our presence both online and offline, and bring our achievements to life for the world to see.

🔹 Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Internal & External Communications Team to plan and implement outreach campaigns, newsletters, press releases, publications, and advertisements.
- Manage and create compelling content for the school website and social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Participate in monthly and yearly communications alignment and planning meetings.
- Develop a detailed annual communications plan and support budget preparation.
- Ensure all communication activities align with School, Pre-University Education (PUE) and Qatar Foundation (QF) policies.
- Keep key materials up to date, including the Student Handbook.
- Coordinate school events—including planning, budgeting, invites, venue setup, and catering.
- Liaise with press agents, printing vendors, and QF PR teams to promote events and publications.
- Maintain an inventory of gifts for guests and dignitaries.
- Greet visitors and provide campus tours to prospective families and distinguished guests.
- Draft and send timely appreciation letters for donations, visits, and volunteer efforts.
- Manage a school photo archive with appropriate permissions for use in promotional materials.
- Promote school milestones via key channels such as the annual report and the school yearbook.
- Support all PR activities in coordination with school leadership and within official policy frameworks.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
🔹 What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of full-time relevant experience in communications or public relations.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Superior writing and editing skills—you can craft a compelling message clearly and concisely.
- Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
