PYP Homeroom English Teacher

The teaching positions available are for passionate and talented PYP English Homeroom Teachers who have the ability to motivate, empower and engage students in their own learning, by delivering high quality and innovative educational experiences. Applicants will have the confidence in using technology effectively in the classroom to enhance learning engagements and to promote student independence and agency. They must have a willingness to employ a range of teaching methodologies to engage students and to further their learning outcomes. Applicants will utilize best assessment practices that identify students’ strengths and areas of development, which will inform student goals and action plans for student growth and attainment. Applicants must be outstanding at classroom management where students feel cared for with positive structures in place for encouraging the correct behavior choices.

Qualifications & Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in education-related field or relevant subject matter.

- Minimum 2 years teaching experience teaching in relevant grade level or the relevant subject matter. 

- Must have attested teaching certification or PGCE equivalent credentials                    

-Teaching Certification / Bachelor’s Degree (must be a face to face qualification - online qualifications are not recognized by Qatar).
