This is an excellent opportunity for a well-qualified, inspiring SENCO to lead our highly successful team. 

Fine Arts College is a leading Sixth and Fifth Form College specialising the Arts and Humanities. It has a distinctive ethos and an enviable reputation for excellence in both academic and creative subjects as well as in its pastoral work. We encourage an atmosphere of mutual respect in which individual talents and ambitions are supported and helped to develop. We have around 70 students in Years 9, 10 & 11 and 170 students in the Sixth Form.

The successful candidate will lead on all SEND provision within the College. They must have a good working knowledge on the administrative aspects of the role and experience of supporting staff in effective teaching and learning. They must have an ability to communicate effectively with families and appropriate external agencies, such as local authorities and EHCP reviewers. 

Suitable candidates will have the highest aspirations for the students' wellbeing and academic outcomes whilst effectively supporting all students.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
