Raleigh Infant Academy has an exciting opportunity for a reception class teacher or EYFS leader with class responsibility to join the team from September 2023 on a permanent basis. We are a ‘Good’ Academy (Ofsted, October ’22) where we continue to work tirelessly to improve even further. You will become part of a great team who are aspirational, aiming to achieve great things together.
The ideal teacher will be able to engage our children through exciting and creative lessons, and have our pupil’s welfare and happiness at the heart of all that they do. Our curriculum is well planned and effectively sequenced and teachers are well supported with all aspects of Academy life. Weekly internal CPD sessions will be available to support the appointed individual..
The post would suit either someone looking to continue their career as a reception class teacher, or someone who would be able to bring their wealth of experience to our Academy setting as an EYFS leader who would have class responsibility.

You must hold a teaching qualification.
