Hours: 36 hours per week term time only - 8.00am - 4.00pm 


We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Office Assistant to start as soon as possible in the Autumn Term to support the administrative team in a popular, high achieving and friendly Girls’ school and mixed Sixth Form Centre. As well as working Reception for a few hours a day you will also be working in the school office. The successful applicant would be expected to be a First Aider (training will be given) and perform a variety of tasks and would work closely with a variety of stakeholders. 


Good communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately are essential as is a good knowledge of G Suite. Applicants shortlisted for interview will be required to demonstrate these skills in a short test. 


Please note that due to the school being closed for the Summer, shortlisting for this post will be in the first week of September.
