Band 2 £23,114 - £23,500 FTE (actual pro rata salary £9,597)
Monday to Friday 1.00pm to 4.30pm (17.5 hours), term time plus 1 week (i.e. 39 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to provide a welcoming environment for our School community and assist with the effective delivery of the Student Services. Based on Reception, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents and all visitors to the School. You will deal with student and parent queries effectively and efficiently, both face to face and via telephone, in addition to welcoming visitors to the School. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. The Receptionist also provides administrative support for a range of student facing duties, including attendance monitoring, maintenance of student records etc. We are looking for candidates who work well in a team, have good organisation skills, are adaptable, and are able to work to deadlines.
