Job overview

Position Objective

The Regional Safeguarding Lead is responsible for the highest standard of safeguarding and child protection within Asia, advising, and supporting schools so that they have the capacity to adopt a self-improving approach to safeguarding practice. The Regional Safeguarding Lead’s primary role is to lead, monitor, support and influence all aspects of safeguarding initiatives in our Schools in Asia. We are part of a world leading international schools group with more than 100 schools. Cognita Asia has 12 schools spread across Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore. Cognita Asia employs more than 2300 teaching and support staff in the care and education of around 13500 pupils from the age of 2 months to 18 years.
