Job overview

TSAT are seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Administrative Coordinator to join our Trust. This role will provide essential administrative support to both the Safeguarding Team and the Education Strategy Team. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for the administration of "Teams around TSAT" meetings and regular reporting on their outcomes and actions.

Our Safeguarding Administrative Coordinator will have oversight of the SCR (Single Central Record) across the Trust and will undertake termly audits to ensure compliance of schools and central teams. They will assist development and monitoring of the Trust’s Online Safety resource area including staff, parent and pupil usage and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Smoothwall Software programmes such as Safeguard (Record Manager) together with SCR (Single Central Record), or similar programmes.
