Job overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced practitioner to join our team as a Pastoral and Safeguarding Manager at our two-form entry primary school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusion, social and emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding, with a proven track record in promoting a positive ethos within a school environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a safeguarding background, ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.

 

They will play a crucial role in leading safeguarding, providing pastoral support, fostering wellbeing, and delivering exceptional care to our pupils and their families. Key responsibilities will include Designated Safeguarding Lead and working with the wider team to improve pupils’ personal welfare. The candidate will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
