We are looking for a Sales and Recruitment Officer within our Work Based Learning (Apprenticeships) business unit.

Here’s the standard bit: You’ll be responsible for provide central sales and recruitment services for apprenticeships and other College contracts managed through the work based team to existing and new employers / customers. Provide a service for day to day enquiries from young people and employers, college staff, subcontractors and outside bodies in an efficient manner. You’ll also be responsible for apprenticeship vacancy generation, the recruitment of apprentices and customers for contracts managed through the College’s Work Based Learning team.

What you’ll need: - Enthusiasm, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, you must hold a relevant level 3 qualification or equivalent experience within sales, customer service, account management or similar area of work.

Relevant experience employer engagement in relation to sales and recruitment for apprenticeships/work based training.
