Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a School Admin

The successful candidate will:

· Provide an administrative function to the Senior Leadership Team

· Working closely with the Headteacher with a range of duties

· Welcoming students, staff and visitors of the school

· Communicating with central departments such as finance and HR

· Overseeing attendance data across the school

· Attending and minuting meetings with the Headteacher

· Working with the Designated Safeguarding Lead’s to promote safeguarding across the school

Our ideal candidate will have:

· Are proficient in Microsoft office 365

· Understand young people with SEND

· Have excellent communication skill

· Can promote safeguarding in a school

· Have a warm and welcoming personality

· Are exceptionally well organised

We are a small independent school who support students which may have previously experienced difficulties accessing in their education We are committed to ensuring that all students learn and are engaged in the appropriate programme of study, which allows them to successfully re-engage with education and to achieve their very best outcomes.

We offer a very broad and balanced curriculum that enables pupils to undertake examinations and gain qualifications including GCSE’s, BTECs and functional skills, we also have access to a wide range of adventurous subjects which include water sports, mountain biking, archery, horse-riding etc.
