School Administrator
We are seeking an outstanding Administrator to join our School, supporting the work of the Headmaster and ensuring the School’s administration runs smoothly.
This is a busy and exciting role where you will be able to make a real impact in the work you do. As a leading girls’ independent school, we pride ourselves on offering a supportive, enriching and creative environment for our students and staff. As first point of contact for the Headmaster and the wider School, you will need to embody the School’s friendly and supportive, community feel.
You will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, work well under pressure, be able to juggle priorities and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work. No two days will be the same and you will need excellent people skills, flexibility and to be reliable and discreet.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills are vital and experience of working on SIMS would be a distinct advantage. You should have a proven track record of supporting a Senior Leader within an organisation.
The role is term time only (35 weeks) plus 3 weeks. Salary: £23,563 - £25,688 FTE (£19,031 - £20,747 Pro rata)
