School Business and Compliancy Manager
Job role
We are very excited to offer the opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced School Business Manager to join the team our team at The Haven Wolston.
The main purpose of the School Business and Compliancy Manager is to: -
- Act as the School Business Manager for The Haven Wolston.
- Ensure that effective financial processes are in place and are adhered to.
- Ensure that effective financial processes are in place and are adhered to.
- Oversee whole school administration.
- Lead on HR systems and processes.
- Have responsibility for HR systems and procedures.
- Take responsibility for the school site which includes overseeing site maintenance and cleaning.
- Line management of staff, including administration and cleaning staff.

About The Haven School Wolston
Our School is a new registered independent school which is situated in a beautiful rural location in the Warwickshire countryside. Our core aim is to offer a highly bespoke education to enhance the social and emotional wellbeing and life chances of vulnerable children who struggle in a mainstream educational setting. The School provides educational provision for 40 students.
The School caters for pupils with SEMH, Autism, Anxiety and ADHD from a number of local authorities and schools and provide them will a highly specialist and individualised educational experience to allow them to overcome their barriers to learning. We are looking to appoint an individual who shares our unflinching commitment to providing the young people we will serve with the best possible future life chances.
The Haven School Wolston is at an exciting phase of development. Phase three of the development of the school opened in September 2024 and the cohort of the school is gradually increasing.
The Haven Wolston was inspected by OFSTED in March 2023 and has been graded as good in all areas.
