SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER
We require an experienced School Business Manager. The Business Manager is the most senior support staff professional in school whose role is to provide comprehensive support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the school meets its educational aims and objectives by leading and managing first class business and corporate service functions.
The Business Manager role will also interface extensively with and be a key partner to, our Trust Chief Operating Officer and central team staff
The successful candidate will line manage and oversee the school’s Administration, HR, Resource Centre, Facilities and Premises, and Data teams.
The successful candidate will also oversee the school’s finance and budgetary activities in partnership with our Trust Chief Finance Officer and team.
The appointment is full time (37 hours) over 52 weeks and therefore not a term-time only role.
Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 13 Point 40 to 44
Actual salary of £44,624 - £48,667 per annum, starting at point 40.
