The school now has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic School Finance Assistant to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in the smooth operation of day-to-day school finances. As a School Finance Assistant, you will assist the school leadership team and the Pod Finance Manager in compliance and implementation of finance polices and processes related to procurement, payroll, Cognita Connect and other finance processes. Within this role, you will be the gatekeeper of billing/charging queries and will be expected to respond to these in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner, offering the highest standards of customer experience possible for parents.

The role is an integral part of the finance function for the school and the wider business and there is a potential professional development pathway into Operations Management or the wider finance function.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with good IT skills and strong administrative and organisational skills. You should have previous experience of working in an administrative function and of delivering time-sensitive data processing to ensure smooth customer journey. Additionally, prior experience in NetSuite/ERP systems is also essential.
