South Hampstead High School, the Independent Girls’ School of the Year 2022, has a part-time opportunity for an experienced and well-qualified Nurse to play a key role in the medical team.

As School Nurse, you will supervise the medical room and provide a clinically effective, high-quality nursing and first aid service. As well as caring for sick, injured and distressed individuals from the school community, you will contribute to the monitoring and recording of the health status of all pupils at the school. 

You will be a reliable, professional and approachable individual, possessing an appropriate nursing qualification and current NMC registration. You will also need good IT/admin skills in order to manage the school's database of pupils' medical details.

This is a part-time (one day per week), term-time only role in which you will only work on Fridays. The start date will be agreed with the successful applicant however we would be keen for you to start as soon as possible.
