Independent Specialist School has a vacancy for a School Receptionist & Administrator

Hours: Full time, term time only Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

Salary: £26,777 - £28,686 (actual £23,584 - £25,265)

This is a permanent role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Receptionist & Administrator at Undershaw Specialist School in Hindhead. We are looking for someone to be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and students. As the “face” of the school, the School Receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. 

Skills required:

·        Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

·        Excellent administrative IT skills

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·        A great team player with a flexible “can-do” attitude

·        Understanding or an interest in Special Needs Education and Disabilities

·        Previous school office experience
