Job overview
We are looking for a School Receptionist/Administrator to provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact on the Reception desk, both face to face, as well as via the telephone and email, in addition to completing general administrative duties. The position available is based at our Senior School.
The successful candidate will require outstanding interpersonal skills, infectious enthusiasm, and reception and administrative experience to support the school in this busy and varied role.
During term time, the School Office is open from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays.; during the school holidays, the School Office is open from 8:00 am to 14:00 pm.

THE POSITION
This position is part-time, 18 hours per week, term time only plus 3 Saturday mornings per Academic Year. The hours of work are 8:00 am to 14:00 pm, three days per week.

The pleasant red-brick buildings of Kent College are situated in a semi-rural position overlooking the beautiful cathedral city of Canterbury.
