We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Teacher of Music to join our Secondary Section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Put student wellbeing at the heart of all you do, providing exceptional pastoral care and creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where all learners feel valued and secure.
  • Take a research informed approach to planning and delivering engaging lessons that motivate, support and challenge all students.
  • Foster a positive learning environment where students develop the skills, knowledge and understandings to thrive and succeed.
  • Contribute to the holistic development of students through active participation in wellbeing and co-curricular programmes.
  • Model and promote a love of life-long learning, actively contributing to the teaching of skills that will support students to flourish as learners.
  • Utilise a range of assessment and feedback practices to ensure that students understand their next steps, supporting them with academic and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative and exciting learning experiences both within and across subject areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Music Education, or Performing Arts (required).
  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Music, ideally within an international or British curriculum context.
  • Experience teaching GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, or IB Diploma Music is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven commitment to professional growth, working collaboratively and supporting student success.
