Rugby School Thailand is a co-educational international day and boarding school set in 74 acres of glorious Thai countryside south of Bangkok. It aspires to be one of Asia’s leading British-curriculum schools. It opened in 2017 and grew quickly. Today it educates 1,100 students aged 2 to 18 in its purpose-built Pre-Prep, Prep and Senior Schools. The School roll will continue to grow towards an expected capacity of 14,50 students.
Rugby School Thailand is selective and the student roll comprises approximately 55% expatriate and 45% Thai students. It is situated in stunning countryside in the district of Chonburi, approximately 12 miles from Pattaya’s coastline and 90 minutes by car from the centre of Bangkok. Rugby School Thailand is a member of the Rugby School Group and the first sister School of Rugby School, one of the UK’s most famous boarding Schools. The Executive Leadership Group at Rugby UK plays a significant role in supporting and developing the School so that it authentically reflects the aims and ethos of Rugby and thus bears comparison with the very best of the UK independent school sector.

The Prep School has around 450 students in Year 3-8 with students housed in outstanding classroom and boarding facilities.
The Prep School academic curriculum draws from the best of the UK National Curriculum.
Unlike other international schools, Rugby School Thailand operates long school days with a Saturday Enrichment Programme that offers a wide variety of Co-curricular activities.
The school buildings are designed to offer an outstanding learning environment. The main buildings include a teaching block that houses a state-of-the-art Design and Technology studio; an ICT suite; a drama studio; music classroom with additional instrumental rooms; library; covered games area; air-conditioned sports hall; 50m plus 2 25m swimming pools; floodlit football fields; and tennis courts.
We also have Marshall House, which is our Prep School boarding house currently for Year 6 upwards.
