We require for Easter or September 2018 a dynamic and committed Second in Faculty to support the Head of Faculty in Mathematics in this large, mixed 11-19 comprehensive school.
This is an exciting promotion for a career minded teacher who aspires to be a Head of Faculty in the future. The successful candidate will have quality assurance experience and must be a superb classroom teacher.
An excellent track record with classroom teaching, marking and assessment, AfL, responding to SEN and AGT needs, and rigour at GCSE/A level is essential. A desire and willingness to teach across all key stages is needed, as is a commitment to extra-curricular activities and trips/visits in Mathematics. You will liaise regularly with your Head of Faculty, school staff and relevant outside agencies and will be an excellent time manager and inspirational leader.
A lesson observation and a formal interview will form the selection criteria.

Lord Grey School is a co-educational comprehensive secondary school and sixth form located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. It is a larger-than-average secondary school, educating around 1,400 pupils aged 11-18.
