· Is articulate, well-organised and knowledgeable.
We can offer:

· Supportive leaders who allow you to fulfil your role to the best of your ability.
· High ambitions for all.
· An unequivocal belief that education has the power to transform lives.
The successful candidate will:

· Be inclusive, aspirational and ambitious for all our pupils and staff.
· Champion an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum.
· Be an experienced instructional leader, coach and mentor.
· Have a secure understanding of all aspects of safeguarding.
· Have a strong commitment to inclusion with ambitious expectations for all.
· Demonstrate a proven track record of providing inspirational, strategic and professional leadership in the secondary phase of education.
If you are an inspirational leader, willing to embrace innovative thinking and develop colleagues in a Trust that is passionate about meeting the needs of the pupils and the surrounding community, we would welcome your application.
