Heron Academy Lambeth (formerly The Michael Tippett School – now part of the London South East Academies Trust) is a secondary school for pupils with complex learning and medical needs.

Skills and Experience

We would love to hear from you if you are a qualified and experience SEN Teacher with specific experience of Leading on communications and phonics, with the skills to plan and deliver high quality lessons to suit pupils’ individual learning needs and to provide professional leadership and direction within your own curriculum area.

To be successful in this role, you will be an effective and reflective classroom teacher able to demonstrate and share good practice in the field of Teaching young people with SEN including PMLD, SLD and ASD.

Heron Academy is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of pupils. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before taking up post.
