Term Time: 22.5 Hours / 39 Weeks

Working Time: 7:30-12:00pm

We are looking to recruit a SEN Administrative Assistant to support and assist the SEN Department in the day to day administration for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Key responsibilities :

  • Supporting with the organisation of the TA timetable
  • Managing the day-to-day deployment of Teaching Assistants (TAs) and arrangements for staff absence
  • Administering our SEN triage system to support the identification of needs and implementation of Quality First Teaching


This role is part-time and is suitable for someone with very good administration and IT skills, a calm head and ability to problem-solve. Applications will be considered from those interested in combining this role with in-class support as a Teaching Assistant.
