SEN Teacher

We are looking for a passionate and driven teacher to join our ‘Outstanding’ school, in our exciting journey to provide excellence for our incredible pupils. 

You will need to: 

Use creative, interactive, and engaging teaching methods to bring learning to life. 

Need a passion for engaging and inspiring pupils to enjoy learning, encouraging them to take pride in their achievements, creating confident in their own abilities. 

Ensure pupils develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to flourish throughout their educational journey, through meaningful and functional opportunities. 

Be able to demonstrate an understanding of early communication development. 

Be able to provide a curriculum steeped in curiosity and opportunities for purposeful interactions and exchanges using a variety of communication scaffolds and appropriate visual aids. 

You will need to create an effective, organised and structured learning environment. 

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate passion and knowledge through; 

 A sound knowledge of a variety of teaching methods and adaptions for individual pupils. 

 The ability to communicate with and inspire pupils.   

The ability to deliver engaging opportunities to be excited about learning.   

A dedicated interest in learning, specifically enabling children and young people to access and thrive in education.   

A dedication to create the best conditions and environments for learning.   

The ability to manage others.
