Do you have experience of working with young people aged 3 – 11?

You will have a talent for engaging children with additional needs and may be required to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities.

Your role will support the work of our teachers. The role will vary from day to day and will include working in 1:1 situations, covering small groups and providing general classroom support.

Working with children who have varying needs, from SEN needs to behavioural and emotional needs, you will encourage the acceptance and inclusion of all children and assist with their personal care.

As part of this role, there is an opportunity to join training programme to enhance your skills, particularly in the area of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This commitment to professional development helps ensure that you staff are well-equipped to provide high-quality support and education to all our pupils. 

This is a temporary, full time, role. You will be working for 32.5 hours per week, term time only.
