Can you help us continue our work to make a difference to children with special educational needs and disabilities? Are you ready to make the move from class teacher to SENCO? We will offer the opportunities and support that you need to complete the new National Professional Qualification for SENCO whilst paying you the salary of a qualified SENCO.

Are you looking to move into the role of SENCO? We will provide the support and funding to allow you to do this
- Come and work within our inclusion team of 4 specialist teachers focused on delivering the best outcomes for children who find learning more difficult
- Report to our supportive Deputy Head Teacher for Inclusion
- On line standardised interventions
- Provision Map’ tool (from TES) to reduce administrative burden
- No teaching commitment
The suitable candidate will have:
- QTS
- Have a successful track record of teaching across the whole curriculum and be able to evidence good progress and achievement of all pupils, but especially those who have SEN
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with a range of strategies to support learning for a variety of SEN needs
- Experience of building positive links with parents
- Strong commitment to the principles of equality, inclusion, and diversity
