Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, 8.00am – 4.20pm Monday to Friday with one day finishing at 3.50pm 

FTE salary: B3 - £22,369 - £24,054 per annum

Actual salary: £19,160 - £20,603 per annum

Holidays: equivalent 13 weeks per academic year

A unique opportunity to be part of the of the exciting journey at Temple Learning Academy: an all-through school in the heart of its community. Temple Learning Academy is one of only a few ‘all-through’ (Early Years to Y11) schools in Leeds. Being an all-through school means our students benefit from a seamless transition between year groups and phases; shared expertise and resources, and a curriculum that is sequenced from Early Years to Year 11.


We are seeking an outstanding candidate to support SEND Senior Leaders/the Principal by undertaking high quality administrative, financial and organisational processes as required. Contributing to the planning and development of support services. Ensuring the smooth running of SEND administration.


We are looking for someone who;

  • Can use clerical time efficiently and to ensure the smooth running of the office, maintaining up to date computer-based and manual filing systems.
  • Is the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students – both in person and on the telephone, in a courteous, professional, calm and friendly manner
  • Will assist the SEND Senior Leaders in dealing with correspondence, records and enquiries relating to admissions arrangements for SEND.
  • Will assist SEND colleagues and teaching staff in the coordination of meetings for parents and in-service courses.


Temple Learning Academy is a member of Red Kite Learning Trust which is also comprised of four Secondary schools and nine Primary schools. Being part of such a large network of schools provides significant opportunity for collaboration; to share best practice and expertise across 13 high performing schools and nearly 1500 colleagues.
