Job overview
Vision for Education are urgently seeking SEN Learning Support Workers, specialising in behavioural management to provide excellent classroom support within our client schools in Darlington and surrounding areas.
As part of the team you will have the chance to grow professionally in a challenging but rewarding environment. The role can involve working one to one with a child or in small groups where personal learning plans may be in place for some of the students. You may also be encouraged to confidently follow and/or offer supportive insights regarding these plans. The successful candidate will be able to encourage the child to be confident, independent and implement positive behaviour management techniques.
You must have experience in the more concentrated areas of SEN and experience with Autism will also be beneficial for this role.
The successful candidate would hold 'Team Teach' qualification however this is not essential and here at Vision for Education we offer free CPD Courses to enhance your knowledge and experience.
