Your new role:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic specialist SEND Teacher to deliver effective and adapted teaching to a range of targeted pupils. Working in small groups, you will be able to provide specialised support to enhance their learning experience whilst helping them make good progress. Your enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility will be important as you work You will be committed to improving the learning outcomes for all pupils in the school.

What you will need to succeed:

A successful candidate would be an SEND specialist equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver effective teaching across both KS3 and 4.   

Candidates must have a passion for SEND and have a desire to educate pupils of all abilities. They will be able to motivate and inspire our pupils, be highly organised, able to radiate creativity and enthusiasm in the classroom, whilst developing strategies to maintain consistently high expectations of both themselves, and the pupils.
